Putting finishing touches on Pizazz with OS .70 FS.

Question 1: Hinges - I installed the ailerons according to the book. Nice and tight against the wing. BUT travel is limited with the original hinges. What are the best hinges to replace the originals. I feel I need lots of throw since I will set up with Flaperons.

Question 2: Radio & Battery Placement. I've located the engine back as far as possible. There are no specfic places in the manual as to where to locate the battery. Any ideas on Radio & Battery Placement for best CG?

Question 3: Prop recommendations for this plane & engine combo.
