Default Pizazz Questions

What I did:

Hinges... If you want to stick with the CA Hinges just move your control surface to full deflection (where the Bevel on the CS is flat against the Trailing edge of the attachment point on the Airplane (be it the Fin, wing, or horizontal stab) Then Hit it with CA. I also use a fine tipped grease pencil to draw a line on the hinge where it's going to bend so it won't become brittle over time due to the CA glue. i also seal the hinge line for added security....doesn't take much work and you'll be hard pressed to ever have a hinge break.

When I had a Saito 72 in mine I would get optimum balance with the Battery in the compartment between the top of the wing and the cockpit....with it all the way back. I also put my RX near the opening of that compartment. I secured both of them by just packing them in foam.

My favorite prop with the Saito 72 using a 20/20 fuel was a APC 13/6
