That looks like a Stream Schenider Sport Racer. Kind of a bash of stick plane. Turned the fuse upside down, changed the tail feathers, then put some formers on to make the top of the fuse look nice with a cockpit and wind screen. Think there was a 40 and a 60 size. And some even scaled up to 90 -1.20 size. I think the original had a balsa block cowl, that looks like a nice glass cowl. One of the guys in my old club loved his plane. he scaled one up and it flew as good or better than the smaller one.
