Default Motor issues

I spent the last week and a half getting my hull back in shape. After it was all said and done i went out yesterday to run my sv. My set up is the stock motor, turnigy 80 amp hv esc, and 5s lipo with a 40-53 grim prop. Needless to say my motor has seen better days, the coil? that goes around the stator? seems as if it came loose, when I give it throttle you can see the wires exiting the motor move. After about a min i checked temps and motor was at 140 and a little smoke had built up inside. I let it cool and ran it again, ran ok for a while but then sputtered in. Motor temp was 179 and esc was at 134. I think my motor is running really inefficiently and is causing it to heat up excessivly and pull more amps then it should be making the esc run hot. The issue is i was looking to take my boat out of town to a lake i'm going to for vacation (supposed to leave tomorrow). I have a turnigy 2300 kv motor, the only problem is i made the mistake of getting an esc rated for 5-12 s lipo. Is there any way i can make it run on 4 and 3s? Right now my two proposals are to one, get the 1500 kv proboat motor because it is in stock at a lhs or to get a different esc so i can run my turnigy motor. I was going to try and overnight a fiego from ose but they are out of town racing all week . Will the proboat motor be a decent choice? I believe it is rated for 10-21 volts which would be fine for 5s, but i would also like to try 6 with it. The esc the lhs has is the hydra 120 but since it is from castle it cost like 300% more then it should and has no lipo cut off. Or does anyone know of a place i can overnight a motor or esc to? I might even be able to send it to my destination
