It was successfull in the sense that she came back in one piece. Turned out my CG was way off to the rear, she was porpoising through the air like a dolphin on drugs and very sensitive on the elevators. After she rotated she climbed like a home sick angel to about 2 meters and then pitched down for terra firma at a rate of knots. It was a fight to gain some altitute and trying to stabilize her. I decreased elevator throw and incr. exp while trying to keep her up just to try and stabilize her for a landing attemp. Once this was done and flying on half throttle she did become more manageable and I flew her for 5min just to get use to the feel before landing. The approach was fairly stable and she landed without any further issues.
Now its back to the workshop to rebalance and check everything before the next attempt. Sorry no video at this stage as all that was filmed was ground an feet, must have scared everyone to death with the takeoff.
