The rolling harriers is all in the stick timing and amounts of stick input. Mine does them very well. In the beginning stages of doing these the nose always wanted to drop on any of my planes. You just give the stick inputs earlier in the timing and it picks the nose right up. Practicing these low in the beginning is very dangerous since the nose dropping can very easily lead to a crash. Ask me how many close calls I've had....way too many.
