Beware RAIDENTECH!!! (yet again)
Against my better judgement, I bought a couple of sets of the metal tracks from Raidentech last Spring. Now that I go to use them, I found that they are two to three links less than what is needed, and of course they did not come with spare links. I've sent two emails to Raidentech's support and to sales departments with no reply in several days time. BIG FRIGGING SURPRISE! I should have had my head examined for dealing with those shysters again....
OF course, I also contacted Mato Toys, and they are willing to sell me replacement links and of course got back to me within 24 hours.
Obviously, Raidentech's "too good to be true" deals usually are..... BEWARE!
And, yeah....I know that a select few on this forum have dealt with them "for years" with "no issues".... Don't CARE! This happened to me, and I have posted it as a warning to others. A company is not measured by the sales that go without a hitch, but how they treat the sales that have problems.....
