Sorry you've had issues and whether you care or not, cause I don't care that you do care, I haven't had issue getting matters resolved. lol<
Are you trying to confuse me, 'cause it worked! [sm=bananahead.gif]
I'd call if I could, but work on the phone all day long and can not make personal calls. They are not open before I go to work, and are closed before I get home. Besides, I've tried their chat and found it lacking in anything other than lies and nebulous answers that do not solve anything. Believe me, I'd love to deal with Raidentech if I didn't get burned every time.... and being in Canada may have something to do with it - I don't think they are as bad to the far larger US market.
I guess it always goes to "Buyer Beware!"
lol! I just kid, so I hope you don't take it as me being an ass in the negative aspect, as I think I'll have little argument as being the forums left fielder. lol
I do sympathize with you. But theunfortunateaspect of it is that their customer service isn't the greatest. I can't deny that. There's very little personable information/relation going on and they rarely do make exceptions to what everguidelinesthey have. To compound things, you've only recently realized that these tracks won't work for you.....making the window ofopportunityto have matters resolved next to impossible even if you did get good communications after the fact. I don't don't think any retailer would honor a product purchased last spring.
For some, the extra cost to deal elsewhere is worth it. I of course share a different perspective, because the savings are far too great. It is a gamble, but I'm a gambling man. lol For instance.....I could pay plus $200 for a tank elsewhere and be settled with the fact of knowing that just encase there are problems......I can rely on good customer service to help me andhopefullyhonor their warranty. On the other hand, I can take a gamble that a tank I purchase won't have any problems or one I can't fix and reap the savings. If I do end up having problems, I could fix it with parts purchased elsewhere making the savings slightly beneficial or an absolute wash. That's just the risk I'm willing to take. I don't suggest this for a newbie or one not willing to go through the trouble of self fix. But either way, I feel it's beneficial for me to save as much so I can gain more in the long run.....I want too many tanks! lol
Anyway, I'm glad Mato is there to help with problems. I'm glad many of the upgrade and parts vendors are there to help,...they make the ease of purchasing parts for possible faults from Raiden easier.
