Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but I have not seen any more recent threads on this topic.

If I have understood things correctly, this RCCommand proportional smoker only works with HL control boards? Any advice on how to use it (proportionaly) with anither make (i.e. Tamiya)? Could I connect it in parallel directly to a drive motor or will it fry on 7.2 Volts?
