Really Steve should be the one to answer this but I think this is correct. The first is the size of the can but there are some can sizes that have different numbers so there is more to it than that. The first two numbers are diameter but I'm not sure if it's exactly to inches, like the 11xx is about 1.1 inch in diameter, same with the last two numbers being length. The 1.5Y is the number of windings and configuration of the winging, wye or D. The last set for what you have is additional info, that motor has a 3.2mm shaft I beleive. It can also mean the motor has a gear box with the numbers meaning the gear ratio.
