That's a stock or standard turret except that they have a small stowage box added. The turret design compensates for the gun weight, same as the M-26. The Super Pershing had a double length gun, so a huge counterweight as well as equiliberator springs had to be added. Israeli M-50 & M-51 Shermans had the same situation with balance when installing the newer guns and added the long counterweights.
That T-34/85 really sounds nice, although the driver makes it seem so simple for driving. T-34s are not easy to drive and it takes a lot of muscle. Note that he remarks staying in one or two gears....there a reason for that.
