Second one is a CMPRO Swallow, in the old colours. I had one, and yeah they were designed so you could go for retracts if you wanted to. I threw away the crappy fibreglass gear, and fitted alumium ones, and put an ST G90, piped and pumped in mine. was a great f3a trainer.

First one looks like a CAP 232, or 231. The caprise was designed to "look" like a scale cap 232, a bit of a style at the time.
