I know I would be very unhappy if this happened to me. You might want to talk to a couple of the club officers about the incident to try to get a feel about how this should be handled. You will then have to make a choice about where you want to take it from there and where you want to fly in the future. Clubs are are very different and imperfect for sure. I am sorry for you loss, keep on going it will get better. Hopefully, it will be a long time before this happens again.
