Default RE: TF GS P47 Build - yeah another bloody one!!

Hey guys, got a question!

sorry if this has been discussed! I've got and built this great P-47.....It flies great and I'm very pleased. However, I'm always having to pour lots of down trim once I'm airborne. I don't like to land with all of the down trim in the elevator so I usually take most of it out. take off with level elev trim.

NOW, MY QUESTION.
I don't remember the plans saying anything about using down incidence in the engine install. Did you guys who are flying this outstanding warbird put down thrust in the engine during the build? I'm flying her with a G-62 and she is perfectly balanced. The CG is exactly where the plans call for, and she flies like she's on a rail once trimmed. But I have to trim lots of down every flight once airborne.

THANKS FOR THE INPUT................
