Keep in mind that the Avistar is actually one step up from a basic trainer in that it has a fully symmetrical airfoil. This gives it greater aerobatic capability than your standard trainer but also makes it less of a 'floater'. So if this is your first plane, make sure to have a qualified instructor with you until you're comfortable with her.
