I'm not sure at this point. I worked on the re-write last year and was going to get with the CD's and see what changes for this year are in order. I doubt we would touch the meat of the rules, just maybe some minor tweeks. The wing area and displacement should not change at all. There has been some talk about allowing prototype fighters to compete, and I've heard some rumors regarding breakout times..... of course we hear the same rumors every year about the breakouts changing.

The procedure I used last year for the re-write was to draft the proposed changes prior to our planning meeting. At the planning meeting the CD's and the clubs BOD had discussion and voted on the changes. Once that was done the final draft was sent to the CD's and Board for final approval then posted. Last years re-write was the first major re-write in probably 5 years. I really hope that any changes done this year will be quick and easy.
