Default RE: 120SC and SAM racing

Thats good to know. I intially designed for 515 squares with the YS115, but have since enlarged my plane to 550 so that I can also race it in RCPRO and 120 Warbird races as well. Might as well get as much bang for the buck as possible I guess. The difference in the plane size is minor.

I hope to be cutting wood by Saturday. My delimma now is do I want a built up or molded fuelage?. I have a laser cutter so wood is no biggie, but I don't relish trying to make it nice and round, thats a PITA so I'm leaning towards fiberglass. I'll also have to build at least two planes for myself, and 4 other "kits" for my buddies so thats starting to make sense.

Anybody using the E-Flite electric retracts? Whats a typical plane weighing in at?

This is fun.
