If you need to adjust the low speed needle to get that smooth transition, don't forget to readjust the high speed needle when you're finished.
Augie11 is right on the money!!
The only thing I might add to his advice is: If you do make any ajustments to the high speed needle, recheck the transition.
And then check it again!
