You're probably looking at the datasheet for the BLT71/8 which is an 8-pin package.

Here's the datasheet for the BLT71 in the SOT223 package like the one you've pictured:

It occured to me , maybe you guys that have smoked your 1.2ghz transmitter, may have a reciever your not using now ? I'm interested.
