I was holding it by the tail at idle before the first flight. I would guess a high idle around 1200-1500 rpm. The throttle was all the way back. Let go of the tail to do some taxi tests and before I got to touch the rudder it was airborne and climbing. Keep in mind the throttle was still at full idle. Managed to pull the throttle trim back some more and I could maintain level flight with out climbing or building speed. I think the wing is generating quite a bit of lift just from the prop wash alone. Interesting experience, I think I am going to try powering her with one of the big AXI brushless and a 10 cell pack. I dont need to spin an 16" prop any more than 3000 rpm. level flight is around 1000 rpm.

What exactly did you build the plane out of? Seems like it's very light, judging by the way it flies. A lot like the normal Slow Stik.
