Suggestions for mini dv camcorder please?
Well I have my wireless camera outfit on it's way but I need to be able to record the video. I have an old VHS camcorder that obviously will not give the quality of digital, so I am looking for a "cheaper" mini DV camcorder that has video and audio IN capabilities. I was thinking of the Canon ZR60 or ZR80. I found the ZR80 for $274

Any other cameras I should be looking at for $300 or less? I do not need fancy features.

It looks good.
I found the PDF manual online and it looks like it’s very easy to record analog video with it.
