Hi all,
I'm planning a little camera plane design and was wondering, based off your personal experience, what the best camera angle has been with your projects.
This will be a fixed position on board the aircraft.
I've personally had good luck with forward facing about 20 degrees down, and side ways (looking out towards a wingtip) with a little down angle as well....
Whats your personal favorite??
This will be combo movie and photo from on-board digital camera, no wireless.
Thanks!

I used to shoot directly out the side and about 30 degrees down. I have changed my most recent wing to shoot forward and down at about 20 degrees. So that i straight and level flight I would get an oblique picture, which seems to have the most commercial appeal. I have found that this configuration is MUCH easier to frame the shot with and get it in the shortest time in the air.
