Magpie AP is a hit!
Just finished flying my Magpie AP on its first AP flight, it carries my Canon S500 around very well, Im using an Eflite 400 outrunner brushless setup on I took from a crashed Slowstick. This plane is a winner, I love it.
This is the build thread I learned of this plane and how to really build it:

Ill post inflight pics later!

Nice work Mike,
What motor are you using to fly it with?
Duh, never mind. I just read it in your first post and got distracted. Turn's out my Mom was right. In one ear and out the other.

Ive got the 200mw BlackwidowAV transmitter now on the MagpieAP, Ill test it this weekend, this plane flies horrible on its own with a smaller or no camera on board, it likes a little weight, like my LT-40, not too much though!

RE: Magpie AP is a hit!
Hey, Brett!
Thanks, I was looking for a platform to carry my S500 and do wireless downlink, my original Aiptek 1.3 MP wouldnt do that, the Magpie is a great electric for goofing around AP with,
the pics turned out pretty good though! Surprised me!
The Joe Nall panoramic turned out great!
