Video From a 40% Aerobat Gasser??
Hi Folks. I am totally new to this area of the hobby. My question is:
Will an airborne video system in a 40% gas powered airplane provide as good video quality as it would in an electric powered airplane?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Robert

Vibration of the airframe from the DA150. I thought it would reduce the video quality e.g. jitter etc.

I fly video in gas planes... You can get beautiful video, but you need to soft mount your camera in foam. Not to loose, or it will shake back and fourth at some power settings... Needs to be a bit tight, but not to much so that it destroys your camera. It took me a few trys, but I gtt very smooth video. My mistake was usually having the camera to loose in the foam.

Thanks for the replies Gents. Yes, installation pics would be great. Not sure how approach it so that I don't see camera and foam sticking out of the bottom or top of the fuselage!
