Default Ooops

We did a proposal for a client recently that needed low/slow video in their project. We included a UAV option, which the client loved. We contacted our UAV guy to tell him the job sold, and were chagrined to find out he's booked up thru the client's deadline. We contacted our backup source, found out that he's not as hot as he had promoted himself. Ooops....We had been thinking for a while of getting our own vehicle, called RCT to order a DF SAVS system, were told they were back-ordered for a while. Yikes!
So a) is there anyone in the East Texas area who can fly a video camera low and slow in a complex outdoor environment?
and b) we're not going to get caught like this again we will definitly be buying our own camera platform very soon. I've heard lots of good things about the SAVS from DF.
Is there a better way? We will be using it in a lot of difficult situations, so electric probably makes sense, as does a heli config of some kind. Thoughts?

Thanks -S
