A beautiful day!
So this was the first haze free day we've had in months. So I had to go out and film it. It was a little turbulent......but not too bad.

RE: A beautiful day!
Hi Jay,
Very nice video and you kept the plane steady which makes for easy viewing. It seems that most people that film their flights from onboard their planes forget to keep the plane as steady as possible. They fly around yanking and banking and never keep the plane straight and level long enough to capture the suroundings. You have done an excellent job of flying and filming and the location you choose was really nice. Your location had trees, open fields, water with boats in motion, and it just made for a real nice aerial video. Well done.

RE: A beautiful day!
Thanks.....I appreciate the comments. When the weather is that nice it's hard for me to decide whether to go fly my planes or take my boat out. Anyhow, I usually put my plane on low throws for videos so I don't over control it. I guess I'm getting better at it, but I definitely had videos that looked how you described.....all herky-jerky and whatnot!
Thanks,
Jay
Thanks,
Jay

RE: A beautiful day!
A banner pilot? I was at Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago, and I watched those guys flying up and down the beach. With that high AOA, I can only imagine the stall horn blaring all the way down the beach.
