Wing design software
Depends on what you mean by wing design. If you mean a program that will take your design choices such as airfoils, spars, sheeting, building tabs, jig holes, etc, etc.....my favorite is CompuFoil. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. 
If you mean a program that will tell you what airfoils to use and what size spars, sheeting, etc. etc., based on your own personal aircraft needs, I don't know!
