Default is the CG right

o was just wondering, was checking the balence on my big stik one time, now the way i did it was i checked it where i thought it should be it was about a degree nose heavy. so then i went back very slightly and it went way nose heavy. so i moved back to starting then went forward a bit. then it was extremly tail heavy, does this sound like it was good CG

Call me stoopid, but I don't have a clue what you are trying to describe. The cg on the stick should be around 25% to 33% of the root of the wing measured from the leading edge i think. I measure this on a high or shoulder wing airplane by making a mark on the wing on both sides of the fuselage and then using the index finger of both hands (the one used for picking one's nose with) to pick up the plane slightly. (The index fingers goes directly beneath the marks made. The plane should hang slightly forward from this point.

If it hangs/falls backwards, move weight (your battery pack) towards the nose, if it hangs/falls forward too much, move weight towards the tail. If neccessary, add weight(lead) to the nose/tail.

Hope this helps

Christie
