What kind of airfoil did the Wright Brothers have?
That question has bothered me for years. Anybody have any info on it? Or better yet, a cutaway drawing of the wing(s)?

RE: What kind of airfoil did the Wright Brothers have?
From plans published by Cleveland Model and Supply Co., in 1987, by E.T. Packard, from his research, it looked like this...
Basically what we would call "capstrips" for the ribs, which are spaced by hardwood blocks.
The plans are for a 3/4" scale model.
I've seen this construction illustrated many years before this drawing, so it's probably correct.
