Default angle of incidence for 2M e-glider

Hi,

I'm designing a 2M wingspan electric glider using the Selig 3021 airfoil.

I'm wondering what a good angle of incidence would be for the wing and the tail. (or how I work it out)

Its going to be a beginner type model (cruising around, catching a few thermals etc) rather than a stunt ship.

Thanks,
Nathan

The GP Spirit uses the 3021.
It's mounted with the aft bottom "flat"..
zero tail incidence
