after looking at the picture (from the rear) here's what I would do:

by shiming the wing saddle on one side only (the right side in your case) it is possible to align the wing and stab/rudder properly, the fact that the fuse would then be a little tilted would certainly have much lesser adverse effect on the flight characteristics of the plane.

Default Only 5 months Later! *LOL*

Anyways guys. I told you I would update you on the stab on the Kougar.. Well today I finely Flew her! WOW . REAL nice. And I didn't even notice any problems with that stab being tilted a little bit! ANYWAYS! IT WAS A BLAST!!!
