I recently built a delta wing from scratch and plan on launching it into the air with a few pieces of surgical tubing. My question is; where do I put the cg on this thing. The peek of the airfoil follows the LE and gets smaller as you go to the ends of the wing. I know that the further foreword you put the cg the more stable conditions you haveā¦and the further back you put the cg the less stable it is however it will be more efficient.
Other questions on the same subject are welcome and if anyone wants to know about my little project they can ask about that too!

More specs please. I've built deltas' with the C.G @ 10%-40% Different configurations require different C.G. placement.
Thickest @ the center , but what about the airfoil shape? Do I understand that the thickest part of the airfoil is the L.E.?
Photos?
You can get away with murder with deltas, but a little more precise explanation will help find your answer.
How much reflex do you have in it?

I'm sorry but i don't have an answer for you. I basically took this foam and sanded it into an airfoil shape. I would also measure it for you all but I am away from my home now and will be for some time. When i get home i can take a few pics and get you all more information but it will not be for quite a while. Check back around Thanksgiving time....
-Thanks
