If your goal is to produce the least efficient aircraft possible, I think it would come close.

I was flying some 60 sized trainer for a guy some years ago and all the covering aft of the D-tube on the top of the right wing peeled back, and much of it tore off, but not all. What didn't tear off was flapping in the breeze. The covering on the bottom was still intact. With great difficulty, I managed to bring it down undamaged.
