Default Balancing ailerons

I have a Pilot Christien Eagle that I flew for the first time this past weekend. It has BAD aileron flutter above 1/2 throttle part of this is due to slop that was in the control links and servos that are old and worn and have some slop in them. This is a plane that I bought off someone(so in no-way is it a new plane). I will put in new linkages and higher torque/BB servos and ensure there is no slop whatsoever but would like to know the best way to balance the ailerons if this does not fix the problem. Pics of your setup would be nice too. Thanks!!!

Chances are the new heavy duty (you are using 4-40 hardware, right?) with very stiff and short push rods will probably solve your problem. If not, make sure the ailerons are made of very stiff material, if not sheet one side crossgrain to stiffen them up. Eliminate any gap between the wing and ailerons and make sure the hinges have no play in them.
