I have a G-202 that when upside down needs a nice amount of down elevator to stay level. So that means the palne is nose heavy, right? So now when i try a do an aggressive loop it will snap out of it. I was under the impression that this condition was a CG that was too far back. Help im confused!

You have to combine the c.g location and the elevator travel together. Too far aft and/or too much elevator will result in a snap..
And check your longitudinal dihedral.. tail incidence relative to wing incidence..

Todd,
Adjust the C.G to the forward most position on the plans, and the elevator travel to the minimun throws specified. Start moving the C.G back, until it's halfway to the rearmost limit. Add elevator movement until it Snaps out then reduce the throw a little bit.
