Just pay attention to the location of the hinge line, and the stiffness of the surface.
There's a lot of download on a horizontal.
And it has to been resistant to spanwise deflections.

Ok, so hinge line is 25% MAC if I read it correctly ?

Yep, 25% of MAC will produce the least possible load on the servo.
