which is off, the horizontal stab or wing? if its the stab, use shims and flatten it out. I had a plane i designed that had the same problem, about the same amount off to, i didnt fix it. The plane flew great. I was told it shouldnt casue any problems, but maybe tip stall that way?

h stab is ok but distance from h stab tip to wing tips varies by 1/4 in..ie the wing is off..what say guys?

i dont see why you cant use shims to raise the wing level, i have performed this before. Now if this Kantana has plug in, well, i think your out of luck.

RE: wing alignment

Are you taking the distance from the stab tip to the wing tip trailing edge as looking from the top (1)

or

looking from the front about the horizontal tail angular orientation with respect to the wing? (2)

(1) won't matter much, (2) can be taken care of with some small balsa shims.
