Mark,
I have been switching out engines on my Cesna 195. I am switching to gas since the Saito 180 has been a poor choice for this model. So I see where Aero-Works say's in the direction you need 1/4 inch standoffs that are available from Aero-Works. So I also bought the JTech pitts muffler.
I ordered from sales over the phone a set of 1/4 standoffs and the muffler. Since a set to me would mean 4 standoffs I did not question the guy who took my order. Well to my surprise the parts come and I have a set of 24 1/4 standoffs. The bag say's set of 1/4 inch and it's 24 to a bag. I called back and the sales person thought it was funny and told me that now I have enough standoffs for more models. Since it would cost me to ship back the bag of 24 I am now stuck with 20 standoffs.
If the sales person had told me that these come 24 to a bag I would not have bought them. You only need 4 to switch to a gas engine so why would Aero-Works sell them at 24 a set?
Thanks for sticking me with 20 pieces that I don't need. Jim

Jim,
I apologize for the confusion during your order. Our stand off packages have always been sold in packs of 24, this allows one set (24) of standoffs to work with many of our larger airplanes and ensures the customer receives enough standoffs regardless of what motor they choose to use. These standoff packages are not specific to the Cessna 195, they are a generic set that will fit all of our models.
Like I said, I do apologize for the confusion at the time of your order. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
