Don't you think you should reduce the aileron throws as called out in the instructions? Made for a very hairy maiden flight last week...I was even using more expo than recommened...expo is a first for me...Glad I had some...found that 12 deg of ailerons was much more comfortable on low rates

The aileron throws on high rates are absolutely rediculous (in a good way)...
For the first few flights, I would keep the aileron LOW rates at about 10 - 12 degrees with about 40% expo. You can always increase it if you like more. Those are some huge ailerons for a 50cc plane, and 4 of them will make corrections pretty fast when you're trying to land in a little wind! On high rates, I always used full throws (as long as they were equal) with about 80% expo... nice and smooth as you enter a roll, then quickly out to 45 degrees once you pass halfway on the sticks.

I am not at home right now so I can't check my instructions but if I remember correctly..it was 25 deg on low with 15 percent expo...I flew with 20 deg and 20 percent expo on the maiden flight...then reduced to 12 deg on the second flight...made it alot more comfortable flying....I plan on leaving it that way as I am using triple rates..mid is at 22 deg
