I recently bought a Stearman which the owner said was a 3seabees plane. I have tried my best to find info on this plane but I can not find any thing on it. I need to know the size engine and mounting details. If anyone has plans or knows where I can get plans i would greatly appreciate it thank you Ira

The company is long gone I'm afraid. They did import some highly detailed ARFs and were well regarded. Their heyday was 20 years ago so your chance of finding a manual is pretty slim unless you find somebody who has an old kit still on the shelf. A search through forum archives might turn up a product review that could be helpful. Failing that you could look through the plans on outerzone to find a similar sized Stearman and use that as a starting place.
