So Taildragger,
You can make outlandish remarks and have them removed.
I think that is a lot of bologne!

Well,,, I was politly informed that my commentary was deleted "due to the language and slur". And was invited to repost without language and slur. Cool, no problem.

He got that thing off the ground a lot earlier than I expected. John Travolta used to fly his off of spruce creek when I was in flight school in florida.
We had a guy here tell the factory if they could land it at Polson, he would buy one. They sent it in with a very good pilot and no fuel. He bought it and is now spread all over the mountains in front of the airport. Money can't buy sense.
It all works great till your mechanic screws up an engine and you lose one on take off, then you pay big!

Nice looking airplane.
Spent 14 years working for Bombardier Learjet 1992 to 2006 before I joined SSAC www.sj30jet.com.
Mom spent over 25 years at Learjet building different parts for most of the models, Stepdad worked around 30 years and was fired three times (in the same day) by Bill Lear. He has alot of intresting storys about life and times at the Lear Plant.
The true Learjets are great airplanes, truly works of art and great performers. They used to be big on making special mission airplanes, target drones, Japanese Air Defense, NASA special mission and many others too.

Makes you think, why are A&P mechs. not payed as well as pilots? They are as responsible for the lives of people in the aircraft as the pilots
