Default SD-10G stick alignment

i just bought my Sanwa/Airtronics Sd-10G last week. When i arrived at home..i just realized that my right stick seems to be not properly aligned, a bit to the left..maybe for other person it just a small matter, but for me..i feel uncomfortable with it..can the stick be adjusted by me to make it properly aligned? if yes, how to align back the stick?
i also notice that my 10G is an early version, that comes with the retractable antenna..09 version, based on the date at the Tx, is it ok for me for buying this version?does it need some firmware upgrade or any update to avoid any problem in the future?thanks in advance for any of your help

Default RE: SD-10G stick alignment

I can't help with the stick alignment, but I can tell you that there was a hardware/firmware upgrade to the RF section in 2011 to fix an issue with the FHSS-1 receivers in saturated environments.  For most people, in most situations, it was not a problem.  But there were some incidents where signal could be lost on the FHSS-1 receivers.   It's a free update, but you would have to send the Tx in.  If you're only using FHSS-3 rx's then there's no issue at all.

How do you know if that update has been done on your particular transmitter?
