Do these people get paid? If so am I allowed to ask how much?

I've read the AMA Financial statement from 2002.

No, but they receive reimbursement for some travel and expenses related to the function of the position.

then who gets paid? I see lots of money going out in salaries.

There is a paid administrative staff in Muncie to handle day to day business operations of the organization.
