Something GOOD? Probably not woth your time so you say! Oh well, here goes nothing.
When this item, AMA Insider, first went public I had my doubts about it, as I thought AMA was just again satisfying the Publications Department's bureaucracy. Now I am having a change of heart and mind.

The item contains a lot of news and good points that most of us old-time modelers already know. OTOH it does bring back to mind a number of good-old-tricks that have not been used in a long time and are nice to be refreshed on. The MAIN point is that it makes good techniques and methods available to a lot of newbies 9defined as less than 20 years modeling
) that have not had the opportunity to experience these good items. Now one of the regular contributors, Mr. Don Nix, presents very excellent articles in the 'Insider". There was a time that Mr. Nix and I only swung baseball bats at each other, but for me that is long-gone. His articles are informative, and present not only good facts but excellent humor. IMO, excellent reading! Way-to-go, Mr. Don. Of course there are many other fine articles.
One new tip really presented an item that I had never thought of. That tip is a way to better seat screws and such where vibration is constant. Good item.
Lots More.
If you don't subscribe, give it a try. Well worth your time if you like these toy airplanes that we play with!
