RE: The Man Behind The Microhenrys Passes Away
I really enjoyed Ed Henry's micro characters and his sense of timely model related humor. Todays Model Aviation could use a bit of that same humor. Thanks Ed for all the smiles!

RE: The Man Behind The Microhenrys Passes Away
I used to fly with Ed in the McDonnell Douglas RC club years ago... A really good guy. All those people he references in the MicroHenries are people he regularly flew with... I know he had an affinity toward twin sport models, and even made a 3 engine model. At our model shows, he would have his airplane set up to drop candy for the kids. [8D]
He would always show up at the field with his little pad and pen, and whenever he'd see something funny happen, he'd write it down and make a little cartoon about it.
Thank you for passing this along, Red.
Happy flying, Ed!
