yahoo currently has an article describing a zaggi plan with a camera on it as an unmanned drone.and the reader posts are unbelieveable..statements run the gamut of fly over my prpperty and I'll shoot it down .others think we are a subculture and the inference makes simple rc planes appear to be unmanned drones.when does this crap ever end.there are too many paranoid people.

the plane in one section of the article is nothing more than a foam model similar to a radian glider but has a cam on top and the pilot commented its like flying inside the aircraft without any need to actually in the cockpit and the writer states there is a subculture of unmanned drones growing and that there might some mischeif use and that the faa if drafting rules to control domestic drones and it has the government on edge. really??? this crap infuriates me .

coulda sworn the 'drone industry' had folks sitting on the sUAS ARC
Considering how folks here say the AMA guy on the ARC was powerless
to stop dumb modeling rules from getting put in (dumb modeling rules that almost copy AMA line precisely
)
... maybe the Drone Industry is just upset about us putting (payback) dumb Drone rules in the arc
As for that FPV Zagi,
they should just form a cbo that does what congress says cbos do,
and fly that recreational FPV Zagi within LineOfSight distances.
Maybe the Civil drone guys
should take a look at the difference between Private Pilot license and Commercial Pilot license,
and count their blessings for being allowed to do commercial flight ops without a Commercial pilot license.
And then look at the licensing and cert difference
between flying a commercial c172, a private c152, and flying a recreational p103Ultralight
