the fee structure is at the bottom of the page.
I must be missing something, as this is no bargain at all. Or are the dates wrong?

1. St. Thomas.
2. There isn't a whole lot of suitable flat land. I'm in the process of incorporating a club so that we can secure a lease on a promising patch.
3. 72mHz, 50mHz, 27mHz.
4. Can't answer that one...

What? The $87 for 18 months membership? It's no "special deal," it's just more convenient because you don't have to write two checks.
As a new AMA member, if you join between July 1, and September 30, you have to pay the full $58, but you get 1/2 year's credit toward next year's dues. It's ALWAYS been this way.
$58 + $29 = $87

Matt - I'd forgotten about the pro-rated second year. That explains it.
mongo - Thanks for the offer! We've got eight members so far, and two of them are "part-time members" - they spend their winters here.
(I thought we only needed 5 AMA members in order to start a club?)
Drop me an email and we'll hash out the details.
