Looks like GDL, Guadalajara airport. Last Wednesday worked on the Volaris N502VL aircraft here at ONT in Southern California. As stated at the end of the video it was done with the civil aviation authorities permission and guidance.

I think that it would be great for drones and fvps to have to get permission to fly anywhere ,about the only thing that China has done correct .lmao joe
