Like I said in previous comments the only thing U have heard since the Media found out it was a Government employe is what has been written in these 16 pages. I'st a moot point nothing is going to happen to the guy, Even O'B said "We have to REGULATE these things". U haven't heard any more about that either. The FAA Never said a word either neither has the SS (Gi-stop-po).

There was another big story on NBC nightly news last night about reported near misses with commercial aircraft. FAA director was on there. NBC reported 400 feet and 5 mile "no fly zone" around airports as "law". So there is that

At this point I am a bit dumbfounded that the NPRM has not been released yet. There must be tremendous pressure on the FAA now from congress AND the administration.

Being that the guy is a guberment employee nothing has happened or probably will happen to him. However, if it was "John Q. Public he would have been arrested and charged by now if not the day after.

The WH drone was a Radio Shack toy. Radio Shack, as you all know, filed for bankruptcy a couple of days ago, plus the toy was returned to it's owner. The problem took care of itself.
