Exactly!! And there sure are alot of sceered little mice running around this thread! Holy crap people, get with reality for a minute!! Do you actually think that someone flying responsibly, who didn't register their TOY with the FAA is going to get a 27,000.00 fine and jail time???? Really??? Are you serious!?!?!?! If anyone believes this then just wow!!!! let me put it this way; you would probably get off easier if you were involved in a hit and run and charged with a DWI!!! Go to jail because I didn't pay 5 bucks and give the FAA my name and address that they already have anyway!?!?!?! Some of you actually believe this and that is exactly how the gov't likes it. Scare tactics indeed! I'm not scared, and i'm not registering.

So..........now this should read...............Remember ... Every one of these Things we fly Comes with a (registration) Number, When the R/C Gods (the FAA) call that Number, it's going in a Garbage Bag, (and you are being fined $27500 and or going to jail) No Sniveling Allowed.

Registration It's Free Fast & Easy What more could any guy want.
I can go commercial I already have my Pilot Certificate can U afford 29 grand for yours just to fly R/C Toys. That's what's going to happen if U and others don't accept the FAA's easy out. Sceew with the FAA and they will really stick it to ya/us. Look at their Interpretation of #336 if U need proof. After telling congress to more or less to Stuff it Congress hasn't said a word. Have they?

dont worry Obama is a doosh, and he has ruined every branch of the military and government, and they will certainly not be able to ban drones ie just like guns,i went to gander mountain on sun and the gun dept was so busy that you had to take a number and wait to be called on,
There will be the same adverse affect on rc,the more u govern it, the more is to be had.and the FAA does not have that much of a taskforce to send people searching for non registered drones, even police, every county in every state is losing or letting go of police officers,
As seen the FAA only comes out after the fact.
Not going to register, and not going to play in to their politics, good luck on finding me tearing it up on a friends 50acre farm somewhere with the biggest and loudest gas 3d 30 lb plane I can find,,
Peace, out

The argument that registering is easy is pathetic. Why would it not be easy? If it were not made to be easy, and seem harmless, then nobody would do it. This is a primrose path we are being led down I believe, and also illustrates that the FAA is a rogue agency, overstepping it 's bounds. Trying to assert that it has more authority than it does. Not to mention they are lowly staffed, and have little to no ability to enforce "their" rules. A line in the sand moment for me here for sure. If they got a problem with it, then they can take it up with me personally. Meanwhile I will fly my planes, and if they or anyone else has a problem with it then they can jam it. Anyone that decides to confront me personally will wish they had not.
